Explain the video you plan to make. Include (but don’t limit it to) discussion of what it is about, what you will use to make it, who is doing what, how you plan to work together, etc.

The movie that I am making is about my son's basketball season. This is his last year at his middle school and he is the captain of the team. I thought that if I could capture the memories of this season and make a movie about it, it would accomplish the goals of this class ; and it would also accomplish making some memories. I also thought that if it turned out good enough we could copy the movie and my son could give it to his classmates and a gift as well as the school could use it to promote their sports program. I am excited about getting this assignment accomplished. I am working on the project by myself but I've had help in getting pictures and video segments from the other parents who have children on both the boy's and girl's basketball team. This is the first year that both the girl's and boy's have gone to district and both teams brought back to the school -- the ultimate..... trophies!!! What an accomplishment they have had and I'm hoping to do the same. lol... :)

That is awesome. I am going to be talking about my nieces and nephews and I will probably add something in about my niece's cheerleading career for little league. Good luck on your project.

Wow, that sounds like quite an undertaking. I hope that you'll do very well and most of all that he'll appreciate all of your hard work. I'd love to see your movie when it is done. I too have been producing a movie about my son's basketball team and he is already excited about it before the final project is done. Isn't this better than scrapbooking in some ways?
